Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our balloon store! Please note the following regarding our refund policy:

- All balloon purchases are non-refundable once they have been received.
- If you wish to cancel or change your order, please do so at least 72 hours before the event date. In this case, a full refund will be processed within 3 banking days.
- Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.
