Delivery vs. Professional Installation

Doorstep Delivery
Perfect for helium bouquets and "Grab & Go" garlands. Our driver will safely transport your balloons in a climate-controlled vehicle and deliver them directly to your door or event venue.

Professional On-Site Installation
For our signature balloon walls, arches, and large organic garlands, our team of artists will arrive at your venue to build and secure your decor on-site. We ensure everything is perfectly placed and photo-ready before your guests arrive.

Delivery Times & Fees

  • Standard Delivery: Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Same-Day Service: Available for orders placed before 11:00 AM (Subject to availability).
  • Delivery Fees: Fees are calculated at checkout based on your distance from our studio.
  • Late Night/Early Morning: Special delivery times for surprises or corporate events can be arranged upon request.

Studio Pickup (The "Grab & Go" Option)

Prefer to pick up your order? We offer scheduled pickups from our studio 156 MacLaren st. We will help you load your balloons safely into your vehicle. (Note: A large SUV or Van is recommended for most garlands!)

Balloon Care & Longevity

We use only the highest quality, 100% biodegradable latex and premium foils.

  • Indoor Balloons: Our helium bouquets typically float from several days to weeks and our air-filled garlands can last for months !

Outdoor Events: While we love outdoor parties, please note that balloons are sensitive to heat and wind. We recommend shaded areas for the best longevity.
